The Technology Support Officer is responsible for delivering comprehensive information technology and telecommunications support services across Stadiums Queensland (SQ).

This role provides front-line service delivery and technical support to clients utilising SQ’s Information and Communications Technology (ICT) facilities. Working closely with the Service Desk, the Technology Support Officer assists with incoming client support requests, including day-to-day business operations, user account management, end-user device support, operating system maintenance, and application troubleshooting.

The role also plays a key part in event preparation and event-day technology support, ensuring seamless ICT operations across all venues.

The Technology Support Officer reports to the Technology Support Lead and is part of a multi-disciplinary Technology Services team based at SQ’s Corporate Office.
