Application Request for Advertising at Declared and Prescribed Events

Major Sports Facilities Act 2001

Penalities of up to 700 Penality Units may apply to persons who engage in advertising activities that are not approved.

Applications must be lodged no less than 21 days prior to the commencement of a declared event.

Each application will incur an administration fee of $500 (GST inclusive).

Applications will be considered against a range of criteria including that the advertising is consistent with community standards, other advertisements approved for the event and is not of a political nature.

Payment Details

Please contact Stadiums Queensland to arrange payment of your administration fee associated with this application. Your application will not be considered until your administration fee has been received in full. 

A receipt will be issued within three (3) working days once payment has been processed.
